The military provides two options for the use of your BAH. Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
The first option is living on post. Your second option is using your BAH to rent or buy a home off post. We provide you with military friendly information to help you maximize your BAH.
- The Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (703) 806-5386 consists of 6 buildings with 404 rooms as well as seven laundry rooms and a day room. All personnel authorized BAQ at the without dependent rate in the pay grade of E5 and below are required to live in the Barracks.
The Housing Services Office (703) 805-3019 offers relocation services, information and support for soldiers and families who are relocating.
Fort Belvoir on post housing is privatized and operated by The Villages At Belvoir (703) 619-3877. The Villages At Belvoir offer many amenities such as: Fitness Centers, Pool, Playgrounds, Business Center and Baketball court. Home amenities include: Corian countertops, Ceiling Fans, Private Backyards, Garages and Lawn care is provided. Renting on post housing can include wait times and accommodations may not be available.
